PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIVILEGE CARD ONLINE PROGRAM INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN OUR PRIVILEGE CARD ONLINE PROGRAM.

1. Members must present the U.R.S & inc. Privilege Card at time of each purchase to qualify for discount. Failure to do so will render loss of discount for that transaction.

2. Privilege Card issued in Singapore is applicable only for U.R.S & inc. boutiques in Singapore. Collection of the card is compulsory at Privilege Card Collection Centre at U.R.S & inc Paragon personally.  Otherwise authorization letter is required.

3. A valid Singapore address is required in order to qualify for Privilege Card member.

4. Offer items, special buys, promotional items and items designated by the company are NOT eligible for discounts. Unless otherwise stated, U.R.S & inc. Privilege Card is not usable in conjunction with other cards on promotions.

5. Members are responsible to notify Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd for any changes in their personal particulars. Failure to do so, Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any consequences and loss of benefits and privileges.

6. Only receipts obtained from U.R.S & inc. boutiques are eligible.

7. Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or withdrawn the discount privileges as it deem necessary without any reason or prior notice.

8. Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline any application without prejudice to any party.

9. The U.R.S & inc. Privilege Card is strictly non transferable and is for personal usage and benefit only. The company reserves the right to verify the identity of the card member upon request.

10. The company shall not be liable to any card member in respect of any issues concerning the issuance of the card and the operation and maintenance of the U.R.S & inc. Privilege Card. The company will not be held responsible for stolen/lost/damaged cards.

11. Members are required to pay a fee of minimum $30.00 for replacement of loss/stolen/damaged cards; subject to the managementfs final decision.

12. The benefits and terms & conditions stated above are valid for Singapore only.
